I want to AutoZone cause I had to jumpstart my car. I bought a battery about a year ago. They did a few tests and then they said it was the alternator. I took it to Anderson. They hooked it up to the big machine and it showed the batteries were bad so then I took it back to AutoZone with the strip that the dealership gave me and then replaced my battery

Nick did a great job coordinating our purchase from out of state. He also provided a quick run down of the gauges/control screen/options and the infotainment function. Also, connected our phones to the car for us. He also helped get a bag we left behind in our trade-in car. Mike set up our financing and sale paperwork. Great job of communicating what to expect and provided pros/cons of additional warranty options. We live 5 hours away and were on a short time frame completing all the paperwork. Enjoyed working with both men.

My 2003 Camry had 361,000 miles on it! Great car but time for an upgrade for long-distance travel. Knew I wanted another Camry. Shopped Madison and Dubuque online. Found what I wanted at Anderson-Weber and was in my 2026 Camry within days. I hope this car lasts as long as my old one! I especially appreciate sales person Jason F. for helping me set up the “infotainment” system.

Jason was great! He put in a lot of work making sure I got the vehicle I wanted with exactly the features I wanted. He was patient when I changed my mind about something, and he was always pleasant to talk with. John Wilhelm was also pleasant and efficient in the final finance paperwork process. Jay in the service department worked on solving a receiver hitch issue and I appreciated his efforts and friendly attitude.

Keith Dula was phenomenal for me! He was knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. He wasn't pushy and was respectful of my time and preferences. He's no nonsense and made the process a breeze! I highly recommend the dealership and Keith, specifically!

We flew in from Colorado to purchase a used vehicle my wife had been hunting for. It was an all around great welcoming experience to Iowa. Definitely a place I feel good about recommending, which is few and far between with me. Keith was awesome from day one through follow up. Everything was very smooth, informative and pleasant. Also happened to meet up with the Weber family afterwards by coincidence. We really enjoyed their company, a truly enjoyable family! Makes me want to move to Iowa.

I received 2 recall notices so called for an appointment to have them taken care of. I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours so came prepared to wait. It took an hour and a half.

I came for a replacement of a tire of my Toyota Venza that had been punctured by a nail and fortunately was still under warranty. I mentioned to Tim that my car was also scheduled for an oil change August 11 and requested both to be done that day, if at all possible. Although they were fully booked and Tim mentioned that it may be problematic, he made it happen. I was very surprised and happy that they were able to somehow fit the oil change in too. Friendly customer service, fair prices, and my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time.
He is friendly, practical, honest. Jay's helpfulness began even before I got to the service department. I had an engine light come on midway through a 9 hour drive. He gave me good advice over the phone. I always feel like all of the people who work in the service department know me and are helpful.
Everyone was friendly, service was done quickly, and loaner car was good(not as good as our Prius!)
