We flew in from Colorado to purchase a used vehicle my wife had been hunting for. It was an all around great welcoming experience to Iowa. Definitely a place I feel good about recommending, which is few and far between with me. Keith was awesome from day one through follow up. Everything was very smooth, informative and pleasant. Also happened to meet up with the Weber family afterwards by coincidence. We really enjoyed their company, a truly enjoyable family! Makes me want to move to Iowa.

I received 2 recall notices so called for an appointment to have them taken care of. I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours so came prepared to wait. It took an hour and a half.

Jay is great to work with! But forget to rotate tires. But got everything else done. Call in about tires and we came back . Got us right in.

I came for a replacement of a tire of my Toyota Venza that had been punctured by a nail and fortunately was still under warranty. I mentioned to Tim that my car was also scheduled for an oil change August 11 and requested both to be done that day, if at all possible. Although they were fully booked and Tim mentioned that it may be problematic, he made it happen. I was very surprised and happy that they were able to somehow fit the oil change in too. Friendly customer service, fair prices, and my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time.
He is friendly, practical, honest. Jay's helpfulness began even before I got to the service department. I had an engine light come on midway through a 9 hour drive. He gave me good advice over the phone. I always feel like all of the people who work in the service department know me and are helpful.
Everyone was friendly, service was done quickly, and loaner car was good(not as good as our Prius!)

Bad battery was eventually replaced It took too long to figure out that the battery was bad, and hopefully it will last longer than a year

I had a defective battery and the service manager came by my house after work to jump start my car, and he left me a loaner car which I appreciated, because I could get to work the next day. My car was ready the next day I picked it up on my way home from work. I had purchased my battery 6 months prior, so it was under warranty.

Everything was fine, but over the last decade at two other dealerships I've become used to getting a car wash with service. The absence was surprising.
We had an issue with my daughters car and he was able to address the issue the same day, always goes above and beyond
Had appointment at 9:45 for oil change and Filter. At 10:50 car was still in the lot. Service lady never came to waiting room to explain. I finally asked why my car wasn't being worked on? The car was promptly serviced. Service lady came and got me. Said now that didn't take too long. She didn't apologize. The newer Service gentleman did apologize. As well as the lady doing billing.

I'm still waiting on title information from Anderson-Weber. I was told the original was lost and a duplicate was on the way, but I have not yet seen it.

Curt Martin went above and beyond to show me how to check my oil in between changes. They found lights that werent working. And fixed them. The oil change was done in a timely matter. Staff is awesome. Especially Curt who always goes above and beyond.

Just drove out the lot of Anderson-Weber Toyota in a new-to-me Tacoma and suffice to say it was a positive experience. Keith noticed me checking out the lot and got me keys right away to take a spin in the truck I was interested in, then he introduced me to several members of the Anderson-Webber team which like him, were all very helpful and transparent in the process that can oftentimes be quite a drag. Thanks to the people at Anderson-Webber I am now enjoying my time on the road a lot more!
