We recently purchased a 2024 Land Cruiser from Keith Dula at Anderson-Weber. He was very professional and ensured communication throughout the process. We received a fair deal for the vehicle we wanted and are very happy with it. We would highly recommend dealing with Keith as we appreciated his no pressure friendly approach.
Receptionist was a bit sarcastic, I was being helped and they just went to someone else at check in, didn't figure out the issue. Just said 'we cant get any codes so you just need a whole new transmission'. I have an idea of the issue and its $700 fix compared to 6k quote

Frankly I think he might have mental challenges. No sincerity or common sense. No regard for my time or decent curtsey. I had to give him my info multiple times and I know I'm in their computer system. After 90 minutes waiting for a simple sensor reset I approached the desk and he he's just waiting on the paperwork. I'm disabled. They showed me every courtesy and brought the car inside for me to get into when it was ready. They explained everything that needed to be done. The wait time was quite reasonable. And the coffee is really good!

Buying a car is usually a terrible experience, especially when you know their practices. Tomi Mikula is really exposing them and references honesty and ethical standards rating of 7% for car salespeople, based on historical Gallup trust rankings. In my experience, far too many dealerships are dishonest, manipulative, and make the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. Hopefully, industry influencers like Tomi continue pushing dealers toward greater transparency and customer respect.
That said, Anderson Weber is one of the few dealerships I'd put in the "good guys" category.

Everyone is very nice. I was in and out right away. I did have to book a second appointment, but it worked out fine. The reason I had a set a second appointment is because some tech quit, but I’m good with everything.
Overall everything went well - Jason did a good job explaining the leasing process (since I had never done a lease before). The others dealt with the signing of the papers.

Parts department very nice and helpful. Replacing 1 fob and fixing the other. Replacement $350. Fixing $0. Maybe a little pricey for the replacement. Awesome for the fixing.
This Toyota dealership is top-notch! Every service covered under my Toyota Care for my 2025 RAV4 has been quick with consistent updates and timely communication. I recently had to reschedule a 30K mile service last minute over the phone. They rescheduled it, but when I arrived it did not show up in their system. They easily could have turned me away, but instead they immediately fit my car in for this service. They saved me from wasting an hour of roundtrip travel. I cannot recommend this dealership, and Toyota, enough!
I love the people in the service department! They are so accommodating and respectful. (Except for the female service writer. I thought she was very disrespectful to her coworkers and the servicemen working on the vehicles). Whenever I go in, I never feel pressured to purchase any services that I don’t want, which is a big plus!

I had a very good experience. They made a vehicle similar to what I was currently driving available, they allowed me to drop my vehicle off on a Friday for a Monday repair, which was great for me because I live an hour away. My vehicle was done when they said it would be.

Keith helped us get a vehicle found that ended up fitting the bill better than what we thought we were after. Anderson-Weber seems a little unlike the average dealership experience these days. Everyone is calm and easy to work with and stayed away from "Grant Cardone" style of selling.

They were so kind and helpful and since I know NOTHING about cars, they offered to talk to my dad on speaker to explain everything that happened and what they were going to fix!
