I typically dread the car buying process but this was a car buying experience that I actually enjoyed! Keith Dula was great to work with in the car buying process. Very helpful staff! After showing up on the lot, we were able to look at a few cars by ourselves first and we're helped as soon as we started taking actual interest in one car in particular. Even after being helped, Keith, our salesman, still let us have our own time and space to look at more cars before coming back out to offer some test drives. He meant the exact balance we needed of being assisted and having our own space to look, something other dealerships tend to struggle with. After getting to test drive a car he sat us down and talked with us about our budget and if the car we were looking at was a good idea for all the parameters we needed to meet with, didn't try to upsell or push any other car on to us that would have been over what we were actually looking for, was very helpful the entire process. After we started moving forward on a car, our salesman yet again continue to be very helpful and offer some guidance, at no point tried to force us into one thing or the other, and respected boundaries that we put down. The process was very smooth, on the dealerships and it was very quick, and I would very much so do business here again.

We recently purchased a 2025 Rav4 Limited. This our second Toyota purchase at Anderson Weber. They are easy to work with and respond well to questions. We knew what we wanted after a few days of car shopping but had to order it from the factory. Kris Wolfe was our sales person who kept us abreast of the progress of the car. It came in and we drove it home on June 24.

Anderson Weber has done it again ! They didn't pressure me in anyway shape or form and were very helpful when I decided to make my purchase. They let me take a brand new Toyota Prius home to test it out for a day! Who does that! They were so kind to me when I brought the car back in and told them I love it and wanted to go ahead with the purchase. On top of that they waived the rental car fee that I rented for 4 days! All of this without an appointment! Keith Dula the salesman that I worked with was super helpful and did everything to get me through the process all without an appointment as well. I cant say enough good things about both the dealership and Keith. I truly hope that the owners at Anderson Weber read these reviews and know exactly what a great salesman they have there. My husband and I showed up to the dealership on a holiday weekend. We didn't know that they closed at 3pm that day and the salesman and Sales manager were just leaving. But I liked it and we went in to see what a new one would cost with the color and packages I wanted on the vehicle. Turned out that they had almost the same vehicle on the lot that I picked out. The salesman, Keith, and the sales manager both stayed and finalized the deal. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were never pushy. We generally roll our eyes at each other when we are dealing with the typical car salesman. I know all the things they say and do to try and sell a car. It annoys the hell out of us. I made an out of state purchase of a pre-owned vehicle with Anderson-Weber. Their engagement, communication and final sales transaction were exceptional. This is definitely the best sales transaction I've ever experienced. Kris Wolfe my sales associate was consistently engaged. Any requests for photos, videos, etc. were promptly provided. I bought my Tacoma from another dealership in another state, but it's always been smooth sailing with this dealership whenever I take it in for service. People at the service desk are awesome - especially John. And even the sales people roaming around the halls and showroom are nice people, always open to friendly conversation. When it's time to trade my truck in sometime in the future, I'll definitely be doing it here if they're able to get an allocation for what I'm looking for.

I'll be the first to admit, I loathe buying vehicles with every fiber of my being. When my husband & I went in to start picking out a new vehicle, I was dreading it. My schedule is tight with 2 young kids and a busy work schedule, but Kris worked with us and made it a quick and efficient sales process. Other places we’ve sat for hours waiting on them. Not these guys. I had only 30 minutes to test drive and have them appraise my trade. When I arrived, they were all ready to go; had the car warmed up for me and quickly looked at my van. Came back from the test drive and went on my way. Slept on it over the weekend and came back in Monday with my husband. Again, had the car all ready to go, we gave them the go ahead and we were out of there within an hour or so, maybe more, but it didn’t feel like it. I didn’t sit around and wait AT ALL during the process and for me that’s huge. No wasted time. I do have one opportunity for improvement. I had forgotten the carpet floor mats for the trade but brought them in the next day. I carried all 6 floor mats to the door, my arms completely full. There were several salesmen standing right inside the door, empty handed, and couldn’t be bothered to open the door for me. Not like they couldn’t see me through the floor to ceiling windows, lol. That was a little irritating but I wasn’t working with any of them so whatever. Be a little courteous if you’re standing at the door and somebody is struggling to get the door open. Overall: Great communication, easy to work with, low pressure approach. The car’s great too. Had a minor hiccup (mechanical) this week but they’ve been really communicative with me on that. I’ll update my review once that’s sorted out. (Update: they were responsive and communicated right away. The issue was with a gas pump, not so much the car.) Highly recommend this crew. Especially Kris and Shane. Worth your time for sure!

This review is a bit overdue but here it is. I had been trying to find a nice Tundra and was searching all over the country. I found a couple and called the dealerships to make sure it was available and to start the process. I live in Colorado and called a dealership in CA and another in Texas. Neither place was helpful when they found out I was out of state. I was willing to put down a deposit and be there within a few days but neither was willing to start the discussion. I eventually found one at Anderson-Weber and called and spoke to Otis. Otis was fantastic and I felt he treated me as if I was a long time customer. At one point, he even drove to the dealership on his day off. I placed the deposit and they were holding the vehicle until I could get there. There was a delay that occured when I hit the bank to wire the money. Otis on the sales manager Chris discussed this and they were very willing to hold the vehicle for the additional time I needed. This was not expected and was very much appreciated. I flew into the local airport and Otic picked me up and took me to the delership. When we arrived, the Tundra was sitting out front and was ready to go. The finance guy was ready to go and it took less than five minuted to sign the documents. Once completed, Otis introduced me to owner, Jeff Weber. Mr. Weber was fantastic. He took the time to ask me a few questions and have a lengthy discussion about a few things. Again, I felt as if a was a long time customer. I was then introduced to Chris, the sales manager. Again, he took the time to have a conversation and chat about random topics. At some point prior to my arriving, I had also chatted electronically with a gentleman name Shane. Ever Shane took a few mintues to say hello and show me something on the Tundra I have bought many many vehicles in my life. Most of these businesses say they strive make you feel important but it never really seems to feel that way. Anderson-Weber truly made me feel like a valued customer. I was very very impressed. It felt like I was part of the team and we were leaving to go get a few drinks. I know Dubuque is a smaller midwest town but Anderson-Weber was exactly how it should be. I can't say enough about how I was treated by Otis, Jeff, and Chris. I will make it a point to purchase more vehicles from this dealership. Great job to everyone!!!!!!!!

Made leasing and then later purchase of vehicle a positive experience. Made it a one stop shop with competitive lease rates and later with purchase lending rates. Answered all questions and the bonus is I love my truck.

I had to unexpectedly replace my Toyota Rav4 due to an accident. I looked at some other makes and models, but decided I have been a 25-year Toyota owner for a reason. A friend recommended I talk to Chris Ludescher at Anderson-Weber. He and Amber were so easy to talk to, answered my questions about a used car, and made the purchase details easy. Mike in finance was also great to work with and found me an interest rate my credit union couldn't match. Worked a deal with them but ended up going to a different dealer (not because of anything they did). These guys were hands down the best place that I dealt with. Hopefully my next car brings me back to them because they will be my first stop!

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever went through! Chris and Amber are both amazing people to work with. This was my first experience with them, but one I’ll never forget. I went through losing my previous car from a wind storm and was super nervous about starting from square one, but these two showed me nothing but patience and positive attitudes through every step of the way. Chris and Amber really go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy and safe from the time you leave with your new car to present day.
