There is a lot to be said about Jeff Weber. This business has been a part of his family since 1952. He first set off to study law, later returning to the dealership in the year 2000 along-side his brother Tim. Jeff and Tim stepped in to fill the shoes of their father, Phil Weber, who was prepared to retire. Today, Jeff remains the dealer principal working next to not only his brother, but also his two sons and nephews. The whole perspective on Anderson-Weber is to serve people alike with a strong foundation of family values. This is reflected in communications with our customer-base, and also how Tim and Jeff run the company. They are both outstanding bosses and frankly, admirable men overall. Outside of work, Jeff is family-focused. Spending time with family is always on the to-do list. Especially now with twin grandsons and another grandbaby on the way. Jeff is an incredible boss, friend, father, and grandfather. He of course owns many Toyota’s, but is currently driving the 2023 bZ4x!

He is always the first to say hello with a heartwarming demeanor and spends time taking genuine interests in his employees. Tim also gets the pleasure of working with his brother, two of three sons, and nephews. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and vacationing to warm destinations. As expected, Tim loves his 23 Tundra, but also has some sweet vintage rides!
Chris is quite the character. If you ask him, he will tell you he is the sweetest person to walk planet earth. If you ask us? He has a very sarcastic personality and loves to joke around with people. Chris has been apart of the Anderson-Weber team for over 20 years now. One of his favorite things about his job at Anderson-Weber is the family-oriented aspect of the dealership. He is a natural leader and is dedicated to getting the job done right. With a background of service in the US Army, Chris is a disciplined and respectable individual that takes pride in his patriotic roots. In his free-time Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 dogs. As well as vacationing about anywhere, as long as there’s warm weather and a drink in his hand. Chris loves driving his Toyota 4Runner!
Like many employees, Mike has worked here for over two decades clocking in at 23 years! As Finance Manager, Mike enjoys making personal connections with his customers. Dealing with the financial side of the car sale, he is a key player in helping customers drive off the lot in a new vehicle. It is extremely rewarding for him to help these people make their dream a reality. Mike loves the people who works with making each day an enjoyable one. Outside of work, Mike is always on the go. Whether he’s going out on the golf course or juggling his kids extracurricular activities, he does it with ease. Family is of utmost importance to him, which is one of the main reason he loves working at Anderson-Weber. Mike is currently driving a Toyota Highlander.
Jim has worked at Anderson-Weber for 2 years now, and he loves everything about it! He enjoys the family owned nature of the business and the type of work atmosphere it provides. Unlike a corporate run business, the owners are extremely involved in the day-to-day work at the dealership. Jim has formed many friendships within his job and loves the people he works with, including the customers! He has worked in finance for the majority of his life and has always enjoyed helping people. So when it comes to helping people finance their vehicle, the skillset is right up his alley. Outside of working, Jim is fond of golfing, traveling, and spending time with family, especially chasing around his grandkids. Jim owns 2 Toyota vehicles, a 2022 Highlander and 2015 Camry!
Chris is a long-time employee of 37 years in the sales department, and he shows no sign of slowing down. Chris takes great pride in the relationships that have formed and connections that have been made through his job. If you take a look at his customers, some have been purchasing vehicles from him since he first started out. He would of course not be able to manage all of his customers without the help of Amber Schmitt. Hitting many accomplishments over the years, his most recent was the sale of his 10,000th vehicle! When he isn’t at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Chris also drives a Toyota Tundra!
Jason is a long-time employee of Anderson-Weber clocking in at 21 years. He has formed many close friendships and relationships with his coworkers, he even gets to work with his son, Nolan Farrey! Jason loves selling a product as reliable as Toyota. The connection made with the customer is one of the most important parts of the sale. So selling a product you can count on reinforces that connection. Jason is dedicated to making this connections last a lifetime. This is why he has so many returning customers year after year. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with family, driving his UTV, and getting into shenanigans on the weekends. Jason has a families worth of Toyota vehicles, but he currently is driving a Lexus!
There is no question about it, Otis is a people person. He is constantly joking around with coworkers and can genuinely put a smile on anyone’s face. In his free time, Otis likes to play his keyboard and guitar, he even knows how to ride a unicycle! When he is not enjoying his hobbies, he likes spending time with his family. He has worked at Anderson-Weber for 15 years and enjoys the positive work atmosphere along with selling a high quality product. Otis’s favorite this when it comes to selling cars is to get someone to switch to a Toyota. Seeing the joy and satisfaction of their purchase is rewarding for both his customers and himself. Not to mention, Otis has many Toyota models of his own. He has models including Camry, Tundra, Highlander, and several Avalons.
Nick started his career in sales with Anderson-Weber Toyota in 2019. He believes that he is fortunate to sell a quality product like Toyota. As a Dubuque native, he enjoys serving his friends and family, as well as fostering new relationships within the community. Earning the trust of his customers is of upmost importance to him. Nick resides in Lancaster, with his fiancée; Janell, and their 2 dogs; Miley and Louis. In addition to planning their wedding, he enjoys spending time with both their families and friends. Nick has driven a Toyota RAV4, Tacoma, Camry, and now has a Venza!
Kris is a sales person with a big personality. He is kind-hearted and enjoyable to work with, while also communicating on a relatable level with his customers. Not to mention, he does a great job highlighting the benefits of choosing a reliable brand like Toyota. In his free time, Kris enjoys being active at one of his favorite activities like golfing, bowling, and going to the gym. He has been with Anderson-Weber for 3 years and enjoys working for a family-oriented business that takes care of it’s employees. Kris also reps the Toyota brand each day by driving his Toyota Prius!
Payton loves working one-on-one with people and goes the extra mile to become familiar with his customers needs. He is roughly two and a half years into car sales so he takes a fresh perspective on how he approaches his work and is knowledgeable on new car technology and features. In his free time, he enjoys staying busy hanging out with friends, chilling with his dog Thor, and watching sports (especially the Hawkeyes). Payton’s favorite thing about his job is the excitement of finding the perfect vehicle for his customers. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big step, but it is rewarding to see a customer get exactly what they are looking for. Like other employees, Payton drives a 4Runner!
Amber is incredibly hard working and keeps the men of the sales department in line. She loves connecting with new people and enjoys the fun work atmosphere with her coworkers. Organization is second nature to Amber, especially when it comes to assisting Chris Ludescher with his long list of loyal customers. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, reading, spending time outdoors, and watching true crime documentaries with her husband and two kitties Walden and Winston. Amber has been at Anderson-Weber for four years and loves the family orientation of the business. Amber loves driving her Toyota Camry!
Nolan has been a part of the Anderson-Weber team for 3 years and he couldn’t be happier with his job. He actually acquired the job by following in his father Jason’s footsteps! Nolan does an outstanding job at communicating with customers and is an expert at the features and technology of the newest Toyota models. In his free-time, Nolan enjoys playing video games, watching horror movies, going hiking, and hanging out with his dog Polly. Nolan is even locally famous in the state of Wisconsin for his 5th place title in the Wisconsin State Geography Bee in middle school. Anderson-Weber has allowed him to build meaningful friendships with coworkers and work closely with his father. Nolan is currently driving his 2nd Corolla!
Jean may have the title of Comptroller, but the role she plays at Anderson-Weber is a much bigger picture. If you have a question about anything that happens at the dealership, she has an answer. There is not a thing that goes on at Anderson-Weber that she does not know about. She is one of the first people to show up for work in the morning, and the last to leave. Jean is dedicated, hard working, and an overall outstanding individual. She has been with the dealership since 1978 and we have an unexplainable amount of respect and admiration for her time with us. Jean loves to drive her Toyota Sienna so she can easily take her grandkids anywhere!
Susan has worked at Anderson-Weber for almost 3 years now and she loves the upbeat work environment. She is truly a ray of sunshine to anyone and everyone and you will always see her with a smile on her face. Her work ethic and communication skills are outstanding. She is always willing to help her coworkers and will take on any task that is given to her. Not to mention, she always has dog treats for the furry friends that come to the dealership! Susan loves to bake and bring in treats for her coworkers, spend time with family, and get lost in a good book. Her favorite thing about working at Anderson-Weber is the people that surround her, including the owners. Even the customer base is outstanding. Susan used to drive a Subaru, but has recently made the switch to a 23 Toyota RAV4 that she adores!
Nicole has worked at Anderson-Weber for two years now and she adores her job. She is great at taking on new responsibilities and giving a creative perspective. Nicole is self-motivated and loves taking photos for the dealership along with taking freelance photos outside of work. When she is not behind the camera, she likes to juggle her many hobbies, watch true crime documentaries, and hang out with her three cats Simon, Garfunkel, and Penny. Her favorite thing about working at Anderson-Weber is the plethora of dogs that come in to visit as well as the positive work environment. Like many, she loves her RAV4!
Lynn is a rock star at all things parts. She has been with Anderson-Weber for a large portion of her life coming in at 45 years. Not only does she know the ins and outs of Toyota products, but she also has a heartwarming personality that both her customers and coworkers adore. Her favorite thing about working here are the customers she meets day-in and day-out, no two are the same. Working here over the years, Lynn has seen the car industry changes first hand and enjoys seeing what’s next for Toyota. Outside of work, Lynn loves spending time with her family (especially her grandkids) and camping during the summer. Like many of our employees, Lynn drives a RAV4!
Matt has been a part of the Anderson-Weber team for 13 years now! The trio of Matt, Dan, and Lynn is the dream team of the parts department. Matt is extremely punctual, always arriving early or on time eager to start the work day. Not to mention, has outstanding organizational skills. He adores his coworkers Dan and Lynn, they make every day an enjoyable one. Not only are the employees wonderful to be around, but the customer base is also unmatched. In his free time, Matt loves spending time with family and being outdoors. Whether it’s fishing, hunting, or tending to his small herd of animals including 2 dogs, 3 rabbits, 21 sheep, and 2 horses. And of course, Matt drives a Toyota Tundra!
Dan is a unique character that can make almost anyone laugh, especially when he is joking around with the girls in the cashiers office. He is a handy man and catches on quickly to new tasks, which makes him perfect for the job in parts that he has worked at for 8 years now! Not only is he a parts guru, he is also the keeper of the vending machine snacks. All the employees know it will be a good day when they see Dan surrounded by a fortress of chip boxes. In his free time, Dan loves listening to music and attending live shows, playing darts and pool, and hanging out with his dog and girlfriend. Dan enjoys the work environment and family orientation of Anderson-Weber. Dan doesn’t drive a Toyota, but does have a cool ’93 Nissan 240SX.
If you have been in for service, chances are that you have met this wonderful lady! Kris has been with Anderson-Weber for 7 years and she loves what she does. The service drive can be very hectic at times, especially during the summer months, and Kris handles it with grace. She is always cool, calm, and collected no matter how stressful the situation may seem. She may be the only woman in the service drive, but she loves hanging out with men of service! You can always count on Kris to put a smile on your face with her cheerful energy. As many of our employees, Kris loves her RAV4!
