We've recently given our Service Department a complete face-lift for the convenience of our customers. We now provide a quiet consultation area so you can voice your concerns with your Service Advisor without the hustle and bustle of "shop noise" in the background.  In addition to this, we've also added additional service stations to allow us to assist more customers and get them back on the road in no time.

We've been driving excellence within the Dubuque community since 1952 and definitely know a thing or two about vehicles. We use genuine Toyota parts and accessories so you can be sure your Toyota stays a Toyota.  However, we welcome all makes and models to our service department where you'll always be greeted with a smile by one of our many Service Advisors, ready and waiting to help you when you're ready.


In addition to our excellence in service, we provide you with a quiet, comfortable waiting lounge complete with Starbucks coffee (and other hot beverages such as tea and hot cocoa), as well as comfortable seats, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable t.v. Bring the whole family if you'd like! We've added a kids playroom, although it's pretty popular with the dads too!  And if you don't have time to hang around and wait for repairs, our complimentary shuttle driver will take you to and from anywhere you need to go within city limits!
