Everything You Need To Know About the 2020 Toyota Highlander

The Toyota Highlander was due for a makeover and Toyota did not disappoint! While these bad boys haven’t hit the market just yet, we wanted to share a little insight to what you can expect from this awesome best-selling three-row SUV coming to a dealer near you!

1. New Trim Levels. The 2020 Toyota Highlander has discontinued the LE Plus and SE trims, but will have the L, LE, XLE, Limited, and Platinum trim available with all the bells and whistles. The base “L” trim is new for 2020.
2. Exterior Changes: thinner headlights and tail lights, smaller grille with “winged” Toyota logo and added accent lines make this a beauty!  It’s also 2 inches longer, added to the already spacious vehicle.
3. Updated touch screen and dashboard – otherwise the interior has remained mostly the same that you’ve come to love over the years
4. Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Amazon Alexa, and Waze are ALL available with the 2020 model standard. Also included as standard features are three-zone climate control, proximity key entry, and auto windows in front AND back.
5. Bye-bye 4-cylinder. Hello V6!
6. New multi-terrain option! Not meant to go every where a 4-Runner or Tacoma would, but still will help with mud, sand, rock and dirt.
7. Safety First! Automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, and auto high beams are some of the great standard Toyota Safety Sense feature you can enjoy! New this year are lane tracing assist and road sign reading.
